What does the "Sealed Rarity" mean? I suppose 1 is for elite skills, 3 for common, but cant find what 2 is.

And I'm guessing AoB has a ? for:
Why would anyone use this? It's not even worthy of a number.

One question though will the pve only skills and eotn skills ever be included in a update?

hey, I've been doin some research on getting this into my own guilds forums, i would love this newer version you speak of that requires less upkeep. as im in a pvp guild, i dont require any of the wiki boss, green, or any of that. just mainly the skills.

if you could pm me the info through this in order to do so, that would be great
